Deep knowledge and persistence

Pat was great. He used all of his "superpowers" to get the house sold. His deep knowledge of the market and his broad network of contacts were essential to getting the house sold at a more-than-expected price. Pat never lost faith that the house would be sold. This was especially helpful as this was the first house I bought and it will be the last house I sell.
