When I look back on the time it took to find a home and the time it took to close it was well worth the wait, tears and stress! Nafisa and I met in August of 2023 and started searching for homes. Nafisa set me up with programs that would benefit me during this process and she is well educated on the different programs and grants that are offered to 1st time homebuyers. Fast forward to October 2023 Nafisa finds my home. She scheduled a showing to see the home and I put in my offer on the same day 10/22/23. I closed on my home 11/22/23. Overall my experience was great! The hardest part was finding my home. Once she found my home the process was a breeze!
