•Lucy sold two of my homes: the first one within one month and for asking price; the second one in ONE DAY and for asking price. She did such a great job in selling my first home with negotiating repairs, sending out her own people to make the repairs, and settling everything so we could make closing, that I used her again four years later when I was ready to sell my second home. She is a true professional who knows the market and will get you the best price and get your house sold fast! I also appreciated that she returns calls and/or texts promptly even after business hours and on weekends. Lucy definitely earns every penny of her commission. I cannot sing her praises enough!
