•Amber was great from the start. After a short conversation we met and she knew my investor concerns from the start. She had done her research of all applicable combinations of comps, and a set of price/sell timeframes - all ready to be discussed. With my expectations in mind, and her numbers and strategy expertise - this property was listed within days. Enough offers were received that we did a last call on offers within a week. Amber's ability to negotiate smartly, stategize on how to evaluate and work with multiple offers resulted in: 1) a fast closing, 2) a sale price more than 15% above original expectations, 3) a VERY satisfied customer (me) All handled with professionalism and a the right amount of humor to break up any stressful selling situations. I can not recommend her and her team enough!
