Julie is awesome! She helped us sell our home in 12 days and found us a condo we love. She is very knowledgeable of the local market and they ins and outs of real estate. We live in a market that homes sell quickly in, so some asked why even list it with a realtor? We didn't want all the hassles of doing it ourselves. Julie has contacts in the market, provided great advice on things we never could have known. That's why you should hire a real estate "professional" to sell your home! That's what these folks do for a living. Julie was very responsive 24/7, she must not sleep. She made the buying and selling process easy for us! I would highly recommend her!
