Chris was fantastic! He is incredibly knowledgeable and was extremely thorough while helping us buy our first home. He explained the entire process to us in great detail, which was so helpful as first-time buyers. Chris went above and beyond by negotiating with the builder to include new appliances for us. He also saved us from a major future headache when he noticed the AC unit was frequently cycling on and off; it turned out to need extensive repairs that the builder had to cover. Furthermore, he suggested a radon test which revealed high levels, resulting in the builder paying for a mitigation system instead of us! It is great to have a Realtor with his level of expertise and attention to detail. We will definitely be using him again, and I highly recommend him to all our family and friends. Thanks, Chris!
