•I've purchased 5 homes and this by far was the best experience I've ever had. Not only did he find my dream home, it was priced way under, in my opinion, it's true value. His expertise with all facets of home construction made it feel basically that I had a General Contractor managing my purchase. He attended the physical inspection, looking out for my interests from day one. Dow asked questions that I would never have thought of, saving me thousands of dollars in the process. His interaction with the seller's realtor kept me completely out of the negotiation loop, getting concessions that I wouldn't have known to ask for. Thinking down the road at a future sale of my home, he made suggestions about what enhancements I can make will be attractive to future buyers, making my investment even more valuable. This included his knowledge of the home's location and where the area's future growth is headed. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use him for future real estate ventures.
