•We had been living in the same house for years and had no idea where to start in the home selling process. When we attempted to start the process we were getting a lot of well intentioned advice from friends and other realtors but a lot of the advice only lead to more confusion and anxiety. Once we contacted Terri she immediately got involved and in a very reassuring way answered all of our questions and then with our blessings took charge of the entire process. Ultimately she sold our home in less than a week and significantly above our asking price. During the negotiations and all the way to the day of closing she would communicate with us if almost immediately when we had a question or concern. In closing we can honestly say that if we needed a realtor tomorrow or in time in the future, we will be calling Terri. Additionally we were not looking for a friend when we hired Terri but we both certainly feel we gained one. Regards, Melinda&Butch Day
