Cole took into consideration the needs of our family and careers. He made himself available to us at anytime, weekends and evenings. He always showed up to a listing with knowledge of the neighborhood, the surrounding area and all details of the listing. We had no surprises; when we began he set out a time line of when to expect events such as inspections, appraisals, and expenses. As I am technically inept, Cole was very patient with me and was able to walk me through Docusign, uploading and downloading and other computer tasks. When giving us a referrals for both a mortgage company and insurance company, he always gave us a choice of three. The ones we chose were just as reliable and professional as Cole and his team. Due to my work schedule, there was times I was delayed; at these time Cole even FaceTimed me until I was able to arrive so I wouldn’t miss a thing. Overall, Cole made this a very pleasant experience. As an out-of-state seller, I needed more than just a run-of-the-mill agent who was going to put my listing on the MLS and wait for the phone to ring. Tina and Dane were willing to go the extra mile, and that they did. With Tina and Dane being the eyes and ears on the property, I relied on them for direction. After an initial inspection, I got a needs-to-be-done list with qualified contacts. The qualified contractor recommendations were excellent. It saved me a lot of time of sifting through the nonsense. The communication was top notch. This was especially important to me because I was a distant seller. Requests for remedy were negotiations were handled quickly. After living in a much larger city, it proved to be a challenge finding a home in Venice. Sandra has a great knowledge of the area and was able to show us several potential homes. It seemed the more houses we saw the more criteria we added for our new home. But Sandra continued to find homes which most closely met our criteria. We made multiple offers, three on the same house! But Sandra was very patient, giving us her professional advice all along the way. She was extremely responsive and once we found our home, she was tireless attending to the issues that always seem to pop up before closing. I’d absolutely work with Sandra again to sell my home and buy another one!

We moved to the area from CA, not knowing anyone or much about the area. We met Sandra at the Venice farmer's market and after talking with her for just a bit, knew that she would be great to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the area and very easy to talk to. She was an excellent listener and presented us with many options that fulfilled our requests. She was very patient with us and showed us many different homes. She always made us feel like we were her only clients. She gave us her undivided attention and was always so quick to get back to us when we reached out. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor! She was so professional and very caring about our wants/needs. She was proactive but never pushy. She was willing to go to bat for us and didnt shy away from negotiation but always worked to get the best price while being very respectful. I met Kevin a few years ago when my family and I decided to look into purchasing a second home in the Venice area. I reached out on FB for any recommendations and he replied to my post. What a nice guy! Down to earth, not pushy, listens to what you are looking for, and VERY patient (you need to be when you are dealing with us NYers!) While home here in NY we came across a listing in Venice and I reached out to Kevin and he went to look at the unit first thing in the morning for us, didn't even hesitate! He took a video of his walkthrough so that we can get a feel of the unit, explaining the layout, features, development etc. We said we will take it and he drew up the contract and submitted our offer! It was accepted later that day and thank goodness Kevin did that because multiple offers came in but ours was the only one on paper! While we were waiting to close, we wanted to get a few estimates on remodeling the condo. Because we were still in NY Kevin would take time out of his day to meet with contractors for us so that they can take a look at the unit to give us prices on the remodel. How many people would do that for you? If you are looking for an honest realtor Kevin is your guy. He does not disappoint!
