•Derek helped me quickly sell my home in Fall 2017. The process was well organized could not have gone smoother. Even though home sales had dipped by the fall... we sold within a week and I got what I wanted. This took very little of my personal time as Derek & his team did all the heavy lifting. Next, Derek patiently helped me search for a new home over the next four months. He was extremely flexible and always got me showings right away. He kept my interests front and center and I never felt any pressure to hurry up. In my case, the seller was in a Contract-for-Deed and they had interesting hiccups that you might consider non-standard. Edina Reality was there to help me get through these challenges and I am extremely happy with the result. Icing on the cake: Derek has a trailer he will let you borrow for moving! Highly Recommend Derek & his team!!
