•My wife and I began looking for a house while we were on a visit with a friend. We hit the usual real-estate sites, looking for someone who could show us some homes in our price range. We plugged in our information and multiple agents popped up. Dossie called and chatted for a bit asking us about our needs, even though at the time we were only about a 6 out of 10 in favor of making a move. Dossie hit it off with my wife and treated us as if she was determined to find is a good home in the area of our choice. We literally sent her north, south, east and west...and she came through! Then we considered just renting to get know the area first and she was more than willing to help with that as well. Dossie was spirited, light-hearted and fun to work with, she gave us solid information to help us determine where we wanted to be. When we found a house, she advocated strongly for us the buyers, she made sure that the sellers addressed our issues. We finally made a purchase below the listed price. Even after the purchase has been made, Dossie continues to check in with us asking about our needs and following up with our family. I can't promise she'll give you delicious handmade caramels and a wonderful house warming gift like she did for us, but I can say she gave us great service with a smile.
