•David Wilson (sometimes known as Cactus Dave) because he works for Cactus Realty in Sun Lakes. I have had occasion to move several times in the past few years and I have found him to be the best real estate agent ever. Most realtors, once they receive their commission , they are long gone. But not David. He is very professional and not pushy with a hard sell into something you do not really want.. He is more than willing to negotiate a reasonable and fair buying price. Even after the sale is complete he is only one phone call away to give you his time and attention to any needs you may need i.e. changing light globes in a very high kitchen ceiling or temporarily hooking up your T. V. until cable company is available in 2 days. I could go on and on about how great and professional David is. I highly recommend him. If you avail yourself of him I am more than confident you will be telling your friends and family. THIS IS ....Your go to guy. I highly recommend him.
