•I’ve been looking at houses for the past 2 1/2 years and had previously used a realtor who treated buying a house like buying a car. Every interaction with them felt like I was at a car dealership. Even when I started using a new realtor I dreaded every interaction because I felt their tactics were very similar to car salesman and they were just pushing for me to buy something I didn’t like. Before I started using Ellen, I wanted to minimize my time talking to a realtor as much as I could bc of previous experiences. After my first phone call with Ellen, I told my husband the phone call was actually very nice! After we saw one house with her, we both agreed she was different in the best way possible! She wasn’t trying to just get a sale, she was actually trying to help us find our dream home. She never pushed us to buy a home we weren’t absolutely in love with, but once we did fall in love with a home she was there every step of the way! She was quick to answer all of our questions and was very informed on all aspects of the house buying process. She made the home searching and buying process pleasant. I highly recommend her for your home buying needs!
