•Stephen worked as our advocate to make selling our home from out of state into a successful experience. We had various buyers fall through during our process, which was completely out of our his and our control. He kept the processing going forward strong in spite of this and took care of issues for us above and beyond the call of duty. He stuck with us through the entire process to finally land a successful buyer through to closing. He showed genuine care and concern and kept in touch with us as the landscape shifted and changed with the process. He helped us take care of various issues for us that needed addressed during the inspection remediation process and took the stress out of it due to his various contacts and network of resources that we could lean on. All in all I would have no trouble pointing someone to using Stephen for buying or selling a home. He kept the process on track in spite of variables that we all had no control over and made getting to the end a success and less stressful. He is a realtor who you want on your side when dealing with home buying and selling.
