WAY above and beyond

Susan listed and sold our horse farm. It was obvious immediately that she loves working with horse properties. She was always extremely respectful of the property and the several boarders on the property. Her specific expertise was challenged several times as we didn’t have an easy or typical transaction. She beat every challenge and kept the process moving forward. She has a strong command of the legal, financing and marketing real estate. Her recommendation for an attorney was also excellent. We all had several “off hours” conversations and everyone seemed glad to help us. Never seemed put out. The buyer even used Susan’s recommended mortgagor. She put many, many hours into this transaction and always had energy and a positive outlook. Sometimes when we did not. We unconditionally recommend Susan for any type of real estate, but Horse Property seems like her wheelhouse. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts!
