•We selected to work with Eva to sell our house because of several stellar sales she had in Ashbury. One thing that makes Eva apart from other realtors in Ashbury is that she won't try to sell your house for less just to get rid of the house. She will try her best to bring top dollars for you. Like other customers have said, she is knowledgeable and trustworthy. You can always count on her to be on your side. When we started she told us she won't represent buyer and seller for a sale. This is pretty rare coming from a realtor and it makes totally sense. You can trust on her advice. Also want to point out that when the situation is bad, which was our case, she was calm and guided us through rather than being frustrated. Go with Eva -Arbindo
