•When I finally made the decision to sell my second home in Tusten, NY...it took me a long time searching out a realtor that had connections throughout not only NY but widespread throughout the US. I found Barry online...and spend months watching his sales that were posted through social media (instagram being the most watched). I found his skills and narrative of homes that he was listing both informative, really interesting, but also detailed. So after 6 months I got in touch with Barry and asked to meet him as I was coming up to my NY home. We talked for a long time..walked through the house and parts of the property (138 acres). I immediately loved his take on how he could list and sell it...and after that he not only became my realtor, but also a friend. Being I had so much property it took a year to find the right buyers, who were ready for country life and to become stewarts to the acerage. We finally closed yesterday, 9/18/20. Remote selling is something I had never done, but with Barry and Nicole Reiber, my lawyer for closing, it went so easy.. I can't say enough about Barry. He was always there is I had questions or any issues that came up during the past year. In closing, I highly recommend Barry and his team for your real estate needs, whether it be buying or selling...being there or doing things remotely.
