We chose Keller Williams United Real Estate and Team Ferrera to assist us in the sale of our home located in Orange County,New York. Team Ferrera came and viewed our property and listed it. The team leader Dulce Ferrera walked us through the process and answered every question that we had with ease. I was amazed of the knowledge she had for the answers to our questions. Rule and her team member Gloria made the entire process seem so simple and easy to understand and we did feel that they were there every step of the way with a process that could be scary to navigate for two in their seventies who would be relocating to a new state. We did feel that Team Ferrera had our back every step of the way...it was like having family watching out for you and your interests... almost having insurance that the process would be free of problems. Our home was listed and we had two interested parties in the first day of showing and an offer made that evening that we accepted. Dulce and Gloria took care of the entire process and never left us in the closing process. This team stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process of the closing and sale. With this team ,the Team Ferrera of Keller Williams United we felt protected all of the time and due to the knowledge of the team in excellent hands.This feeling of protection was given to us right up to the time we relocated and moved into our new home. We have purchased homes before but we have never had a team who were so professional, so know ageable and so easy to work with and who made our home sale so easy.
