We worked with Jess for about a year in a very competitive market with very little inventory. Her go-getter attitude, diligence and knowledge got our offer accepted out of 20+ offers. Her commitment is second to none - she braved the snow to preview the property for us, and she is super responsive. If we had questions, she was ready to answer, or find ways to get answers for us (she's very resourceful and good at getting information, giving us an upper hand in making a good offer). We loved her positive energy, patience and honesty. It was a long process and her positivity got us through it. On top of that, many times, agents shy away from giving you their honest opinion - we did not feel that at all with Jess. Her service did not end at closing - we came across a few issues after we closed, and she was ready to help. We simply could not have asked for a better agent.

If I could give Tonya Finn a million stars that wouldn't be enough. What a professional soul. If I would do this all over again she would definitely be my Relator. What a caring, Patient, helpful, knowledgeable, Honest, And I must add Again very professional!!! The list goes on I'll be writing for days!😊 I had already referred her to family and friends. We looked at several houses, When I came to the one that I just purchased. We both said this is it! There were furniture there when I sat down it felt like my house. And she was sitting down like she was visiting me at my new house. And we both said Yes!!! This is it!!! I have a special needs son. She has such a sweet spirit that my son followed her around the house.
