We met with Dacia on a whim last February to look at properties in Sun City, Bluffton, SC. She was well prepared with several properties to look at. Frank and I first started working with Dacia in the spring of 2019. We were just starting our search for a possible place to retire, and Dacia did a terrific job of showing us all that Hilton Head has to offer. We were very early in the process as we don't plan to retire for another 5-10 years. She was very helpful in keeping us informed about the Hilton Head market without providing any pressure. Fast forward two years - we decided that Hilton Head was the place for us but were still not ready to commit to a home. Instead, we decided to buy a lot. We loved Long Cove and made an offer on a different lot. We were very close to coming to terms with the seller when another higher offer came in. We quickly came to terms and closed on the property very quickly. Since that time, she has introduced us to two builders that we like very much. The challenge is which one to pick.
