•Hunter helped us buy and, most recently, sell our lake house. He did an excellent job explaining his process for marketing the property. Four things stood out to me while working with Hunter. -He has extremely deep knowledge of river/lake front market. He understands why people buy and what they are looking for. - Either Hunter or Denise were very quick to respond to any of my questions. This was true before and during the listing period. - He wasn't afraid to ask the advise of other agents when it came to pricing the property. His goal was to get as much as possible for the property. - Everyone I told that Hunter was my agent raved about him. From the boat mechanic, to my landscaper, and other agents. Because my property was properly marketed to the investment buyer we had multiple cash offers with in the first week of listing. I will definitely go back to Hunter for my next purchase in the area.
