Danielle was absolutely amazing to work with. I truly feel so lucky that we found her to help us through the process of buying and selling a home. She is incredibly knowledgeable and 100% reliable. She worked tirelessly to make sure that she sold our home (in the time frame we needed and for the price we had hoped for) while simultaneously helping us find our dream home! She was there to help us with every single step of the process and always gave expert advice. I am confident there is no better realtor out there!

Danielle was extremely professional and an amazing realtor to work with. She made us feel like her first priority always. Without her expertise we would not have gotten our dream home. She knows how to drive a deal and make the home selling/buying process as easy as possible! I'm extremely grateful to her and all that she did to get us into our wonderful home!

I highly recommend that anyone in the market to Buy or Sell their home to use Danielle Pensala. I was the buyer on a heavily competitive home. Danielle hands down was integral in us purchasing our dream home. She was able to have our offer stand out and get chosen from multiple offers, without getting in a bidding war. Her referrals were critical in our inspection & closing. She helped us negotiate a new roof within the deal. During the duration of our contract, we had a family emergency and Danielle sheltered us from being bogged down by the little things. Danielle's professionalism and experience was critical to our successful dream home purchase. She was a valuable partner and I am very grateful to have her represent me!

Cathy was alway accessible. She is very helpful and most friendly. She made the sometimes trying sales a process (based on finicky buyers) very bearable. I would definitely use Cathy again and refer her to friends and relatives.

Danielle went above and beyond to help us find the right house. There were some real struggles in actually closing and Danielle was always there for us making sure things went as smooth as could be. I would definitely work with her again.

Danielle went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. We were purchasing a home from 3000 miles away and without her I don't think it would have happened.

My husband and I just purchased our first home with the help of Danielle Pensala. Being from Minnesota, we were unfamiliar with real estate in Florida and the area of Orlando that would best suit our family. Danielle listened to our hopes and “must haves” and secured the purchase of our dream home. She is very knowledgeable about the market and is a wonderful person to work with. If we ever sell or purchase another property in the area we wouldn’t give our business to anyone else!

Danielle is amazing! She is a very efficient and professional agent. She was referred to me by an agent that my daughter used in northern FL. I live out of state, and completed my entire transaction remotely. Danielle handled everything for me, and made it extremely easy and smooth. She was prompt with any reposes to my questions/concerns, and dealt with any complications immediately. She went over and beyond as an agent, and I highly recommend her services.

Tara assisted us with quickly listing and selling our home, and negotiated the purchase of our new home. Throughtout the process Tara provided excellent guidance and strategic advice. In addition, she went above and beyond to help us resolve an unfortunate issue with the seller post sale. We highly recommend Tara as conscienceous and resourceful real estate agent.
