•Professional: Ms. Marable held her own. She presented herself in a professional manner at all times, when considering my availability for appointments, when offering assistance to me in preparing for photoshoot and when explaining why something was necessary when I gave push back. Marketing Knowledge: In areas that I was looking, Ms. Marable was able to share information regarding the comps and also had a feel for the neighborhood as to it being senior friendly. When I thought I had found my new home, she shared some history of the house that made me rethink my decision. Communication: After a couple of appointments to see properties, Ms. Marable developed a feel for what I was looking for in a new home and that was when I knew she was engaged in my journey. She also encouraged me to explore other areas because I was lock in on a particular location. Ms. Marable gave good feedback and followed up on any concerns that I shared.
