Tammie Hoffer is a caring person and is sincerely interested in her clients; she enjoys getting to know her clients, their children and even their pets, and remembers their names. Her knowledge of real estate is excellent and she did all she could do to assist us in finding the perfect house that suited our needs which was not an easy task given we were combining two households, mine and my daughter and son-in-law's. She understood the current market and what we would have to do to have an offer accepted, and helped us to evaluate each house we looked at, and we looked at many before we found the perfect one to suit the needs of all of us, a dog and 2 cats. She sold two houses for us and helped us with the timing to be out of the old houses and into the new one without missing any deadlines. She always returned phone calls, emails and text messages promptly, I could count on her to have the information I or all three of us needed. I would recommend her with no hesitation whatsoever!
