Organized, honest, and never pushy!

My Wife and I recently bought what we hope will be our forever home. There is no realtor I can recommend more than Todd Russell. We both work from home, so our search area was wide, about a 50 mile radius. We told Todd this up front, and he was always understanding and flexible. We toured roughly 25 homes before choosing the one to pursue. Throughout the process, Todd gave candid feedback and practical guidance, calling out pros and cons based on what he knew mattered to us. He handled scheduling, mapped efficient routes, and kept us moving. One weekend we saw more than 15 homes in a single session. He never pushed us to make an offer on something that did not feel right. Some agents try to get an offer on every house. That is not Todd. When we were ready, he guided the negotiation, kept both sides aligned with a clear timeline, and followed through on every detail. Nothing slipped. I am confident this deal would have taken twice as long with someone else. Even after closing, he checked in to make sure we were settling in and that everything was okay.
