Over the course of approximately 3 years, Lauren Bell has helped me and my family buy our first home, sell our first home when we decided we wanted more space, and purchase our current home in a VERY competitive market. I can't say enough about Lauren; she is wonderful to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about real estate, which was invaluable particularly when it came to making hard and sometimes quick decisions. I always felt like she had our best interest at heart; there were many times where she made recommendations that served us well, but did not have a pay-off for her (e.g., suggesting a lower offer, or pointing out factors/concerns that had the potential to deter us from purchasing a house). To say that Lauren is a hard worker, is not doing her work ethic justice. Lauren was readily available to answer questions, look at houses, review contracts, engaged in contract negotiations, help us with last minute unexpected challenges...etc. She is well resourced and connected in the community, which was helpful with finding needed quality trades (e.g., contractors, plumbers, inspectors). Lauren is also lovely person - kind, smart, patient, honest, dedicated, thoughtful, and funny are some descriptors that come to mind, and reasons why she is generally an enjoyable person to work with. If you are looking to buy and/or sell a house, I can't imagine having a better person in your corner than Lauren Bell.

Lauren did a fantastic job, she answered my first call immediately then came out to meet us and look over the property the next day. The house was on the market for 3 days and we had a contract! My wife & I worked with Michelle to find our first home and we couldn’t have had a better experience. We reached out to her in late January of 2018 with a goal of finding a house and closing by August 2018. Ideally, we wanted to find a lot and build a house from the ground up but we had no idea where to begin. Candidly, I was preparing for a stressful & time consuming process but what we experienced was the opposite. Michelle took the time in the beginning to gain an understanding of exactly what we wanted. Within 2 weeks, she found a brand new neighborhood that checked every box for us – none of the homes had even been put on the market! We felt like we were getting a secret VIP deal. Michelle stuck with us to give advice and help us through the process from start to finish. We eventually closed in August and moved in right away, we have loved everything about our new home! While Michelle is the first realtor we have ever worked with, I have heard horror stories from friends. I would not want to work with anyone else and 100% recommend talking with Michelle if you are looking to buy a new home. You won’t be disappointed!
