Average on Local Knowledge was put simply because the Grand Rapids area is not his main area of doing business. Therefore, it is does reflect any lack on his part. We loved working with Brian. He was a not a "salesman" trying to make as much as he could. He was a servant that was interested in helping us find what we needed. Highly recommended Brian!
