Tonya Scott and the team at Algin Realty did an outstanding job of marketing and selling our home on Lake Sinclair. The video was amazing! We had multiple bids and an above-list-price contract in just three days. Tonya skillfully negotiated the contract, gave us great advice and followed through immediately at every stage of the process. Mrs Scott was a blessing!
Mrs.Scott was a blessing!! We became like a little family. She was brilliant and any question I had she was able to answer them. She’s very honest and will go to the ends of the earth for us. She did A LOT for us much f which isn’t even in her job description but she didn’t complain and she floor things done! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a home in their budget hat they could love!!! Best realtor ever!!!

My husband and I worked with Tonya and DJ Scott last year while relocating to this area. They took time to listen to our needs and worked with us patiently for months to find exactly what we were searching for. We really felt that they had a genuine concern in our best interest. Tonya (team SCOTT) worked with us for several months before we decided to purchase our current home. We had many doubts on where or what kind of house to buy and looked at many houses. Rain or shine...sunrise or sundown Tonya was available. There was never a dull moment as she was always enthusiastic and with a smile! Every time I called her she answered and delivered countless advise and new property options. Tonya is very dependable, knowledgeable, polite, and a down to earth person. We are happy and greatful we had Tonya lead us through our journey of a home purchase. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend Tonya as your real estate agent with no doubt. Very helpful through the whole process
Very helpful through the whole process. Tonya helped us price our home to get maximum profit, but to sell fast. She also was extremely conscientious when scheduling showings and inspections. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a house!
