•Be aware - once you sign up with the 2 ladies - Carol & Rachel McNamara - things start moving fast and in your own interest. Rachel and Carol are very much forthcoming and truthful with their own opinion and do not promise anything they can't keep. Both ladies have very good knowledge about the market and know a ton of service providers to get your property up to par once you have signed with them. I my case it was a very stressful 2 weeks, but after all that work - the house looked better as when I bought it, and what is most important - it sold in no time :) The whole process of selling was a breeze since Rachel kept me up to date, no matter what day or time - you can reach her any time if there are pressing questions and she also keeps you always informed in real time of whatever comes up or is needed. Bottom line - it was a smooth & very pleasant experience and I appreciated the service!
