•We were given Kim's name about 4-5 days before we made our trim to Tampa. When we spoke, she was very knowledgeable and lived in the area we were looking at. She had made a list of potential homes that added to the list we wanted to see. She did her homework regarding waterways and access, for we were looking waterfront. Found the house we wanted, put in an offer, and found out that evening that it was accepted. Smoothest transaction ever! We had to leave but Kim took care of everything, including inspection. Highly recommend Kim Krane and her team.
