•I interviewed Anne in October 2022 in addition to two other agent candidates for representing me in the sale of my house in Spring Hill. She was head and shoulders above the other two candidates. She was on time for the interview and dressed in a professional manner. I asked some tough questions about the fiduciary relationship between buyer and seller which Anne answered without hesitation. She put her phone on silent at the beginning of the interview showing her commitment to the job. Anne was ALWAYS available to me. Rarely did I have to leave a message on her phone, she picked up first or second ring. She dotted her i's and crossed her T's. A true professional. Knows her business. She recognized immediately what my needs were and they remained top of mind. Anne also represented me in the purchase of my condo. She did not waste my time showing me properties that were inappropriate to my needs for safety, pet policies or price point. Always worked with my schedule and time line. Was supportive when difficulties or problems arose that needed to be addressed. And her British sense of humor was a delight! Anne always made me feel like I was her only client. You will be in good, competent hands when Anne is your agent.
