•Alea is a very reliable and dependable realtor. Shes very flexible on showing time to accommodate the time i was available to see the houses even though shes very busy with her schedule. I think this is the most important value that every realtor has to have especially in this seller Market, house can be off market so quickly. Buyer need to have showing quickly to decide either to put offer or not. Shes very patient through out the process and answered all my questions. In some case I needed her to see houses while i was out of town, and buying was very competitive. Shes willing to do that also. Her opinions were very valuable to my buying decision. I got referred to her from my colleague that also had good experience on her buying process.
