Excellent work, professional and friendly demeanor.

I recently retired, having spent over thirty years practicing real estate law in Pennsylvania. I was also a title insurance agent during this time and conducted in excess of 12,000 closings. In addition, I was a municipal solicitor for several municipalities and authorities for twenty-eight years and served as an elected official in my home municipality. During this time, I also did eleven subdivision and land development projects, creating and selling in excess of 450 residential lots, as well as several large commercial projects.
