Debra Burke is a gem! She is very knowledgeable of the real estate industry and trends. She took the time to explain the process and she would check for our understanding every step of the way. She would explain what form we were signing and why we needed to sign a form. She was not pushy and allowed us time to make our decisions. We truly valued her opinions as an expert in the real estate field. Debra is an excellent communicator, using phone calls, texts and emails to keep the communication flowing. She developed a marketing strategy to sell our home and the strategy worked, with the home under contract in a couple of days!
