•Beginning of 2022 was an absolute nightmare for home buyers. Most houses selling well over listing and appraisal price. Houses being up for under 24 hours before being under contract. Add onto that a timetable of about 45 days that we gave Christina and you can see how much of a nightmare we had on our hands. 45 days later we are signing papers for a house that came in well under appraisal and was move in ready, after she burned the midnight oil finding us prospective houses. I think many realtors are passive in their delivery of options and opinions, and Christina's knowledge and banter were a welcomed change, especially in this chaotic market. 10/10 would recommend, will recommend.
