•Our first interaction with Julie was in 2019 through USAA. I had just found out that I secured a slot for my ILE as a promotable CPT and I had less than a week to report. Working with Julie to close the home was as simple a process as it could have been with me going to CGSC and my wife moving the family alone to El Paso, TX from Denver, CO. She helped take care of my family in our time of need and there isn't anything greater she could have done to make our transition any easier. Fast forward to 2022 and we needed to sell the home. Due to HHG constraints, our initial consultation was one week before we had to move to Dallas, TX. We knew there were things we needed to get done and we stressed about prepping the home for market and having two mortgages to be responsible for during the move. Julie again, was there to save the day. Her network of trained professionals were able to get the home ready within the week while we waited for the pre-listing inspection. While we waited for the inspectors, Julie's recommendation was a net positive as obtaining a pre-market inspection expedited the process. Buyers were already confident in the home's condition AND we did not need to wait for inspectors on the tail end. Julie maintains communication well and consistently looks out for the underserved, veterans. If you're a veteran moving to or from the El Paso area, I would not recommend anyone else besides Julie. Julie was there for my family during the most tumultuous times during our tour at Fort Bliss, TX. She is reliable, trustworthy, and someone that I would trust my children with. Her work ethic is above reproach and her compassion for the clients she serves is beyond anything that I had experienced previously. I HIGHLY recommend Julie Loving-Scott to take care of your family during your transition and any real estate needs.
