My wife and I would not have sold our house without Mr. Yoshizaki. He consistently kept us informed on progress. Developed and implemented a winning strategy to market our house and fought to get the selling price we wanted. We moved to Japan from El Paso and Mr. Yoshizaki would answer our inquiries immediately and we did not expect that expediency because we are 15 time zones away. Helpful in navigating loan process. It was hard and long process. This was probably the most drawn out and terrible process. You have to make sure that you have good realtor who will advocate for you. I was told by alot of peers that this is normal for EL Paso. The sellers don't really care about the buyers once you are locked in. Due your diligence.
