She has lots of experience, knows what it takes to get your house sold quickly. She understands the local market, and will assist you in pricing the house so that attracts buyers. Charleen displayed much empathy as we were navigating a completely new life change. She answered all our questions and had the latest statistics on home prices and what we could expect in today's market. She had the latest printouts and left them with us to read and evaluate. Both my husband and I felt Charleen always had our best interests at heart. She never pressured us, but allowed us time to digest all the information she provided.
