•Months before buying this house I had told Noel I was either looking for a move in ready home, or on the complete opposite of the spectrum, a total renovation project. She stayed consistent with sending homes I would be interested in and without needing to tell her, she would also keep looking at the same time. When we found my new renovation project we were under contract within 24 hours. She has always worked long and hard for me. This will be the third house I’ve bought with her help and if this doesn’t turn out to be the forever home for my family, without a doubt I will be calling her again! She is a great negotiator and communicates with ease between other realtors and her clients to create the best offer for everybody especially the client (me).
