I was really impressed with Matt. He was super knowledgeable about houses and potential problems. He showed us several houses and was always on time and ready for us. He was super accommodating and worked with us on our time table. He was also very respectful and courteous to us and to the other parties involved, at the same time he was able to effectively negotiate on our behalf.
