•We engaged Rhonda to sell my mother’s house in Ocala, FL. This was at the start of the pandemic. The house was older and in need of repairs and updating. I Iive in another state so everything had to be handled long distance. Rhonda was patient, and went above and beyond in helping us to obtain a handyman to do some repairs, and a roofing company to replace the roof. She met with the contractors prior to work, then went back to the house to inspect after work was done and report back to me and to my mother. She made numerous trips to my mother’s senior living facility to get papers signed and take care of details. We are very happy with her service and recommend her highly to anyone who wants personal service in selling a home or transitioning a senior.
