Donna is a Real Estate All Star!

Our daughter, who lives in Geogia found Donna at an Open House. We live in California, and we wanted to purchase rental property. I asked my daughter to find an experienced agent to help us. Donna was the perfect agent that I was looking for. Donna was more than willing to work with our daughter in showing properties and also communicating with me. Donna made herself available and showed or daughter several homes in different communities. We eventually found a home that we liked and wanted to put in an offer. The property had received other offers. Donna recommended a strategy to make our offer strong. Our offer (our first one in a competitive market) was accepted. After our offer was accepted, Donna, took it upon herself to find inspection services that we needed to obtain. Donna provided me with different companies who did work in specific inspections and provided me with their cost so that I could compare. After I chose the inspection services, Donna made herself available to be present at all of the inspections. After each inspection, she then notified me with the outcome of those inspections. Donna was continuously in communication with me to keep me updated on all of the events and timelines that we were required to keep. One of the things that Donna did really impress me (in addition to the other superior services she provided). In able for us to close on time, we opted to have our daughter act as our Power of Attorney to sign the closing documents. Donna knew that our daughter had never been involved in signing closing documents. Donna told me that she would be present during the closing documents signing and help our daughter any questions she might have. With Donna offering to do this without being asked, just shows me how much she cares for her client's best interests.
