•I contacted Don Shurts a few days before flying from Los Angeles to Dayton for job interviews. Don had just come from a funeral but he still took the time to understand my needs and identified a few neighborhoods for me to consider. He then had Cyndi schedule numerous showings while I was in town and they set me up with a loan officer who was extremely responsive. Cyndi showed me what to look for in each home: wiring, furnace, water heater, broken window seals, moldy odors, uneven foundation, etc. We agreed on a home that would be a good fit for me. She sent me a list of vendors that made the inspection process painless. She was able to act as my boots-on-the-ground during escrow while I was still living in LA. Despite the sellers firm resistance to reduce the price during negotiations, Cyndi was able to push back to ensure I got the best possible deal. Cyndi went above and beyond to make my first home buying experience practically stress-free. I recommend her and Don to anyone buying in the Dayton area. I will go through either of them if/when I buy again.
