•This was my 7th real estate transaction with David Travers so that alone speaks to the outstanding service I have consistently received from David — Dave is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate and was a huge help when it came to determining pricing, cost effective upgrades, and a marketing strategy in the midst of the COVID situation. This was a 3-unit apartment house I sold during the peak of the real estate market, so having an agent who had extensive experience and proficiency in the field was of utmost importance. This deal was additionally complicated due to an eviction of one incredibly problematic and belligerent tenant in the property that was required in order to complete the deal, which caused over a month delay. David maintained communication with the buyer throughout the process and as a result, we closed with no other issues. At many times throughout the process, the deal could have easily fallen apart but Dave always had his eye on the ball and kept up to date with everything. Despite the somewhat messy situation, I never was worried that we would close this deal because I knew Dave was on top of it from beginning to end. I can’t think of an agent who has more experience, communication skills, and professionalism than Dave and know that he will be able to handle any real estate deal to your satisfaction. Thank you for another done deal!
