•I rarely, if ever, write reviews... but I feel compelled to sing the praises of Greg Hanner. Our buyer > agent relationship began when I called him out of the blue from 2,700 miles away. Greg was remarkably engaged from the very first moment and remained so throughout. He proved to be the consummate professional. Greg intently listens and he strategically advises, bringing his years of expertise to bear on the task at hand. I suspect that many real estate proceedings can come across as impersonal and merely transactional in nature. But, to the contrary, interacting with Greg is actually more like chatting with a dear friend who truly cares about your well-being. And now, after our deal has closed, I feel very confident in stating that he genuinely does care! It was an absolute pleasure working alongside Greg and seeing our home purchase come to fruition.
