I would recommend Emmett to anyone

Emmett was wonderful. He offered to meet me in person and was immediately warm, walked me through the process, and clarified his fee structure. I appreciated the immediate transparency as a first-time homebuyer. He seems to have a solid understanding of the market where I was looking and talked strategically and from experience about whether and how to make offers. Emmett was communicative with plenty of notice about when he was and wasn't available and gave me a contact to work with during the time he was away—and when we hit snags in negotiation, he went above and beyond to be available. Even after the sale, he's remained a trusted and generous resource.
