Jorge Martinez Jr. and his Executive Assistant, Colleen McArthey, are awesome!

Jorge and Colleen helped us sell 2 properties and buy another. They are both very personable and a pleasure to deal with. We were always informed as to what the status was of our listings. Appointments were always kept and any questions or concerned were promptly addressed. We were very satisfied with the selling prices of both properties. Jorge was definitely on our side when it came to getting the highest price. We are from out of state and Colleen volunteered to be at one of the properties for the movers when we could not be there. That was above and beyond and was greatly appreciated. After looking at a dozen or so homes we had selected, Jorge could tell we were frustrated at not finding what we wanted. He made some suggestions and steered us in a slightly different direction. The new group of homes was in a location that more suited our likes and we found what we were looking for. The paperwork involved with selling 2 and buying 1 is endless. Jorge and Colleen kept us informed on what was coming and promptly answered all questions we had. Colleen was so helpful being an intermediary between us and the title companies. They were not always responsive to our questions and when I sent a text to Colleen I had the question answered by the end of the day. Colleen was with us at the new home for the inspection, final walk-through, and closing. She coordinated with the sellers agent to get questions about the house answered. A sheet was provided to us with phone numbers to utilities, medical facilities, and city/county departments we needed to know. A personalized goody basket and entry doormat topped off their attention to detail. We could not have chosen a better realtor to work with and highly recommend Jorge and his team.
