I am so thankful we had Angela for our Agent, as she has consistently gone above and beyond all expectations we had. We began our search for a home in Sarasota and were relocating from several states away. From the very start of the process Angela listened to what we were looking for and provided a wealth of local knowledge of the Sarasota area. She was able to point out things that we would have never considered at the time but found invaluable when making decisions to narrow our search. Buying a house remotely presents a number of challenges including overcoming any resistance a potential seller may have to working with an out of state buyer. Angela was thoughtful and purposeful in her approach to every aspect of the process and remained very professional while still helping us, much like a long-time friend or family member would. I am eternally grateful for all of her time and effort as well as her level of professionalism. She made herself available to answer calls or emails, often well outside of the normal business hours and took the time thoroughly answer any concerns or questions we had. Her eye for details and her experience in the real estate industry saved us a lot of money on our purchase and helped us to address any potential future problems with our home. During the escrow process a permitting issue was discovered. The issue was the responsibility of the seller, but Angela took the initiative to work to resolve the issue so it would not hold up the closing date of our purchase. I now consider Angela to be a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone weather they are local or out of state that would like the absolute best representation when buying or selling home in the area.
