It was truly a pleasure working with Victoria to find our house in Florida. Coming from out of state we only had a few days to search for houses. Victoria was able to narrow our search and provide listings based on our criteria. The night before we asked to make changes to our itinerary and she was incredibly accommodating. Those changes led us to the house we ultimately purchased and without her flexibility, this may not have happened. Throughout our search, she was very patient and knowledgeable,.. helping us to navigate the choices we had and giving us a better understanding of the area we were looking in. Coming from out of state, this was super helpful! Once we decided, Victoria took over and handled every detail which allowed for a smooth closing within two weeks. This was a huge decision in our lives, made easy with the help of Victoria. I would highly recommend her and her and her team!

Esther was great she knew what i wanted once i told her she found the builder in the community i wanted to leave in she was able to get me a new build by DR Horton and her negotation skills are amazing we got all the closing costs paid for she ensured all issues were addressed and fixed. Esther is very kind and deligent in her work and she will make sure that you are 100% happy with what you want which is important and she made the buying process very easy she is very attentive and she cares about making sure the house you want is exaclty what you want and she goes above and beyond she truley cares about every client she represents. I would not hesitate to use her again to buy another property.

Victoria was phenomenal to work with. We first chatted on the phone when we were starting to consider Florida as the next stop in our journey. She was engaged, listened attentively to our needs and stayed close enough to help throughout our journey of listing and selling our house in NJ while managing my father in-law's terminal diagnosis. She made herself available hours before a hurricane to show us a couple of houses as we were in town only for a few days. She even came to the burial . We saw houses in Lakewood Ranch as well as on the water in Bradenton and Palmetto. She got to know us well and understood our wants and needs. Victoria was always patient and kind. She always had a smile on her face and snacks for our girls. She was our first friend in the state of Florida and has helped us acclimate, guide us and welcomed us with open arms.
