Consistently awesome

Eric assisted my parents in buying their home 6 years ago and we couldn’t have been more happy with his services, so when it was time to sell my house he was the first person I called. Eric is professional, timely, knowledgeable, and (what I’m most grateful for) patient. We were an easy couple to work with, due to circumstances, but Eric took it professionally and didn’t falter in providing us the best support and services possible. We even had a couple hiccups after closing that he was able to maneuver without us having to stress. I will DEFINITELY be using him next time something comes up, and am a happy customer for now the second time.
